Shipping Policy

Orders which are received before 10AM (Monday to Friday) may be dispatched that day.  If you place an order after 10AM on Friday then, unfortunately, it won't be dispatched until Monday morning (Tuesday depending on Bank Holidays).

For all of our products:

- *Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery (3-5 Business Days) - Free
- **Royal Mail Special Delivery (1-2 Business Days) - £7.99
 
For orders over £150, items will be sent via a tracked service.

Returns/Refunds Policy

Personalised Products Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds on personalised products.  You can read more about the UK government law on this regard here:

We will only consider a refund if the item arrives faulty. (Photo evidence will be required of the delivery box and its contents on day of arrival)

Non Personalised Products Returns Policy

At Nimixu Prints we offer a 30 days no quibble returns policy.  The item/s must still be in new condition and not damaged.

Please contact us before returning your item/s so we can send you a free post label ensuring a safe and quick return of the product. We will also send you a Returned Merchandise Authorization form to fill out. Please be aware that we only offer free post labels if an item is faulty or you have received the wrong product by mistake.  If you have ordered in error or don't like the item/s then you would be liable for the shipping charges back.

If you are eligible for a full refund this will be put back onto your card within 3-5 working days.

Items Missing From Your Delivery

If you are missing an item from your order please contact us and provide your full delivery address so we can look into the matter.

Damaged Items In Your Delivery

If you have damaged items in your delivery please do not remove the packaging.  Send photos of the damage to us.

Wrong Item/s Received

If you have received the wrong item please get in contact with us showing photos of the wrong item and we will look into the matter.
